Our group headed out to the Dunes to learn how o correctly harvest birch barck from trees in the area. We then brought our birch back to the Prarire Art Gallery, where students learned how to create one of a kind, unique Birch Bark baskets. The total time of the class was approximately 5 hours. We were also lucky enough to be featured in the Grande Prairie Daily Herald Tribune's "ENCORE" magazine on a FULL PAGE. It was a very fun experience!
